Pope Francis said this in his most recent Audience (without an audience): In these days we're hearing the news of so many people who are dying…dying alone, without being able to say goodbye to their loved ones… Let's think about them and pray for them. For families as well, who cannot accompany their loved ones on that journey. We pray in a special way for the dying and for their families.

My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament of the altar. 
I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart …
