Our interview with the Mayor of Faversham is now available to view, here.

Alison is a true Faversham star. Awarded the British Empire Medal for services to community sport in the 2018 New Years Honours list, Alison lives in town with her husband Dennis. For many years Alison was head coach of Faversham Gym Club and has consistently campaigned for a dry sports centre to be built in town.

Alison is passionate about Faversham and its people and wants to continue to make a positive contribution to the town.

Cllr Alison Reynolds was elected to Faversham Town Council as a member for Priory ward in May 2019, and was elected Mayor of the Town and Port of Faversham at the town's annual Mayor making.

In 2019, Cllr Alison visited the Shrine twice – to the Summer Celebration in May (one of her first visits as Mayor), and to the Feast of Saint Jude in October. Alison is a great friend of the Shrine and Carmelites.
